Michael Kurtz is the Director of Sustaining Engineering at Intellidot Corporation and manages two groups within the Engineering Department. In this capacity, he is responsible for all patch releases of the product, tier three technical support, and all interface development for the Intellidot system.
Mr. Kurtz holds a computer science degree from the University of California at San Diego. He has been involved in healthcare technology since 1990 in technology leadership roles with companies such as Pyxis Corporation, now owned by Cardinal Health, and Bridge Medical, now owned by Cerner Corporation. In these roles, Mr. Kurtz was instrumental in the original designs of BPOC technology as well as the core systems interface architecture at both of these companies and has over 10 years of experience working with HL7 and other interfacing and integration technologies.
